Hegedus Cottage is located in the village of Tabdi south of Budapest, the Hungarian Puszta between the Danube and Tisza rivers in central location.
We are in a beautiful natural environment, rich in vegetation for holidays in full relaxation and peace

We are near the Kiskunsag National Park about 20 km.che covers 35,000 hectares and has been declared a UNESCO biosphere reserve. The characteristic landscape offers its visitors numerous rarities and curiosities.
It belongs to this park the Puszta of Kiskunsag where events are organized every year that recall the ancient customs of life of the shepherds.
Here is located the lake famous for Kolon pond turtle, heron, reeds Paleozoic and new species of orchids that grow in the surrounding area.
The best known of the Park area is Bugac, where you will find the museum of the shepherds, and where you can observe the gray cattle herds, the "racka" sheep of local origin.
